研究目的：

基于蓝晶微生物排塑益生菌开展小规模概念的验证性临床试验，观察塑益生菌干预后促进人群体内微塑料的排出情况，为此益生菌的排塑效果提供数据支持，同时也为后期此益生菌促进人体微塑料排出的大规模人群研究提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Conducting a small-scale, proof-of-concept clinical trial based on Blue Crystal Microorganism's plastic-reducing probiotics to observe the effect of promoting the excretion of microplastics in the human body after intervention with plastic-reducing probiotics, providing data support for the plastic-reducing effect of probiotics and also serving as a reference for large-scale population studies on the promotion of human microplastic excretion by probiotics in the future.

植物乳杆菌DT88冻干菌粉 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Lyophilized Lactobacillus plantarum powder 

纳入标准：

(1)通过前期问卷调查，饮食习惯达到微塑料相对高暴露标准的志愿者； (2)体检健康，无急性病史及重大慢性病史的志愿者； (3)目前没有参加其他相关的试验项目的志愿者； (4)在过去三个月中没有发生任何急性胃肠道疾病，也无慢性胃肠道疾病病史的志愿者； (5)年龄18～45岁，性别不限； (6)自愿参与本项目研究，配合度较高的志愿者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Volunteers whose eating habits meet the relatively high exposure standard of microplastics through the preliminary questionnaire survey; (2) Volunteers who are healthy and have no history of acute disease or major chronic disease; (3) Volunteers who are not currently participating in other relevant experimental projects; (4) Volunteers who have not developed any acute gastrointestinal disease in the past three months and have no history of chronic gastrointestinal disease; (5) Age 18-45 years old, gender is not limited; (6) Volunteers who voluntarily participate in this project and have a high degree of cooperation.

排除标准：

(1)不愿配合项目者； (2)通过前期问卷调查，饮食习惯未达到微塑料高暴露标准的志愿者； (3)患有严重的系统性疾病及感染，恶性疾病如肿瘤、严重心、肝、肾疾病，急性胃肠道疾病、发热等对肠道菌群有影响的疾病； (4)三月内服用过抗生素的志愿者； (5)一周内因各种原因服用各类保健品者； 一周内应用其他理疗仪器或者外用任何药物、保健品促进消化功能、影响肠道菌群，而影响本次试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who are unwilling to cooperate with the project; (2) Volunteers whose eating habits did not meet the high microplastic exposure standard through the preliminary questionnaire survey; (3) Suffering from serious systemic diseases and infections, malignant diseases such as tumors, serious heart, liver, kidney diseases, acute gastrointestinal diseases, fever and other diseases that have an impact on intestinal flora; (4) Volunteers who had taken antibiotics within three months; (5) People who take various health care products for various reasons within a week; The use of other physiotherapy instruments or any topical drugs or health products within a week to promote digestive function and affect intestinal flora will affect the subjects in this study.

盲法：

双盲，对受试者和试验的研究人员实施盲法。将蓝晶微生物益生菌和安慰剂生产包装后通过随机数将蓝晶微生物益生菌和安慰剂进行编号，编号打印在包装盒上。招募到足够的受试者后，使用随机数表法将受试者进行排序，根据受试者排序和包装编号的对应关系将益生菌或安慰剂随机分发至各受试者，试验的研究人员和受试者均无法得知分发的干预试样为益生菌或安慰剂。

Blinding：

Double-blind, the blind method is applied to both the subjects and the researchers of the experiment. After packaging the Blue Crystal Microbial Probiotics and the placebo, they are numbered using random numbers, and the numbers are printed on the packaging boxes. After recruiting a sufficient number of subjects, the subjects are sorted using a random number table, and the probiotics or placebos are randomly distributed to the subjects according to the correspondence between the subject's sorting and the packaging number. Neither the researchers nor the subjects can know whether the intervention sample distributed is probiotics or placebos.
