研究目的：

通过临床试验了解膀胱菌群移植治疗间质性膀胱炎的作用效果，以期改善患者的临床症状，为患者的治疗提供新方法，提高患者的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the efficacy of bladder microbiota transplantation in the treatment of interstitial cystitis through clinical trials, in order to improve the clinical symptoms of patients, provide new methods for their treatment, and improve their quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

间质性膀胱炎： ①年龄在18岁以上；②经临床检查和诊断，确诊为间质性膀胱炎；③经过常规治疗无效或者反复发作的患者；④患者自愿参与膀胱菌群移植治疗，并签署知情同意书；⑤患者未接受过膀胱菌群移植治疗；⑥意识清醒，能正常进行语言交流。 供尿菌者： ①18～30岁健康女性，近一年内泌尿系统无细菌或真菌感染性疾病，且作息健康，无熬夜等不良生活习惯，近6个月内无应用抗生素、益生菌制剂或免疫调节剂；②无药物及食物过敏史，无长期服药史；③无任何基础疾病，无自身免疫性疾病、寄生虫感染等疾病状态。

Inclusion criteria

Interstitial cystitis a)Age above 18 years old; b)Interstitial cystitis was diagnosed by clinical examination and diagnosis; c)Patients who failed to respond to conventional treatment or had recurrent attacks; d)Patients voluntarily participated in the treatment of bladder microbiota transplantation and signed the informed consent.; e)The patient had not received bladder microbiota transplantation; f)Be conscious and able to communicate in language normally. Bladder bacteria donors a)Healthy female, aged 18-30 years, with no bacterial or fungal infectious diseases of the bladder in the past 1 year, healthy work and rest, no bad living habits such as staying up late, and no use of antibiotics, probiotics or immunomodulators in the past 6 months; b)No history of drug and food allergy, no history of long-term medication; c)No underlying diseases, autoimmune diseases, parasitic infections and other disease states.

排除标准：

①患有严重心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、免疫系统疾病及严重肝肾损害；②患有严重的精神类疾病，如抑郁症、广泛性焦虑症等；③患有膀胱肿瘤的患者；④对膀胱菌群移植治疗有过敏反应的患者；⑤未能提供完整的病史或检查资料的患者；⑥因各种原因无法进行本研究所需各种检测；⑦有如下情况者：发热，妊娠期，哺乳期，全身严重感染等；⑧近2周使用过抗生素；⑨近1个月使用过益生菌制剂或免疫调节剂。

Exclusion criteria：

a)Suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, immune system diseases and severe liver and kidney damage; b)Suffering from severe mental illness, such as depression, generalized anxiety disorder, etc.; c)Patients with bladder tumor; d)Patients with allergic reactions to the treatment of bladder microbiota transplantation; e)Patients who fail to provide complete medical history or examination data; f)Unable to carry out this study due to various reasons, various tests are needed; g)Fever, pregnancy, lactation, severe systemic infection, etc. h)Use of antibiotics in the past 2 weeks; i)Use of probiotics or immunomodulators in the past 1 month.
