Objectives of Study: |
This project intends to construct a new deep learning algorithm to identify degenerative cervical myelopathy and grade cervical spinal canal stenosis on cervical spine MRI scans. It aims to provide an efficient and convenient auxiliary tool for cervical degenerative disease database and imaging data analysis. |

收集上海长征医院2018-2023年在体检、门诊、急诊、住院患者的颈椎磁共振平扫影像(Philips Ingenia 3.0T全数字磁共振系统,DICOM格式)及对应影像诊断报告,建立颈椎影像数据库。 |

Inclusion criteria |
This study collected the cervical spine magnetic resonance images (Philips Ingenia 3.0T fully digital magnetic resonance system, DICOM) and corresponding imaging diagnosis of Shanghai Changzheng Hospital from 2018 to 2023 in physical examination, outpatient, emergency, and inpatient patients to establish cervical spine imaging database. |

排除标准为:a.颈椎术后;b.影像诊断怀疑有外伤、畸形或肿瘤;c.年龄<18岁 或>80岁;d.图像质量差;e. T2WI矢状面无完整C2-C7段颈脊髓影像。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
The exclusion criteria for this study are: a. Patients who underwent cervical spine surgery; b. Trauma, deformity or tumor suspected in imaging diagnosis; c. Age less than18 years old or more than 80 years old; d. Poor image quality; e. T2WI sagittal plane without complete C2-C7 Segmental cervical spinal cord imaging |
