研究目的：

本研究的主要目标是通过使用非听觉通路认知任务进行多模态功能神经影像研究，进一步阐明老年性聋加速认知功能减退的神经生物学机理。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study is to further elucidate the neurobiological mechanisms underlying accelerated cognitive decline in age-related hearing loss through multimodal functional neuroimaging using non auditory pathway cognitive tasks.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.老年组年龄≥ 60岁，≤75岁；青年组年龄≥18岁，≤35岁；
2.听力正常组，双耳纯音听阈500、1k、2k、4k Hz ≤ 25dB HL；
3.老年性聋组，双耳纯音听阈在500、1k、2k、4k Hz平均值在25-60 dB HL且双耳听力对称。
4.能独立签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.The age of the elderly group is ≥ 60 years old and ≤ 75 years old; The age of the youth group is ≥ 18 years old and ≤ 35 years old;
2.Normal hearing group: binaural pure tone hearing thresholds of 500, 1k, 2k, 4k Hz ≤ 25dB HL;
3.Elderly deafness group: The pure tone hearing thresholds in both ears are between 500, 1k, 2k, and 4k Hz, with an average value of 25-60 dB HL and symmetrical hearing in both ears.
4.able to sign informed consent forms independently;

排除标准：

1.中耳炎病史； 2.曾使用任何助听设备经历； 3.患有精神、神经系统性疾病； 4.有磁共振成像禁忌症者，例如体内有金属植入物、患有幽闭恐惧症等；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of otitis media;
2.Have used any hearing aid equipment before;
3.Suffering from mental and neurological disorders;
4.with contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging, such as those with metal implants or those with claustrophobia;

本实验收集患者听力纸质资料均经过整理、装订保存，并及时建立电子数据档案进行存储备份；磁共振图像原始数据均及时上传数据库，且根据图像序列不同进行分类储存并备份；研究过程中所有受试者信息及所收集数据均严格保密，合作单位不会保存受试者数据。
