研究目的：

研究健侧/同侧闭孔神经移位修复S2+/-三头肌支部分切断在中枢性痉挛瘫患者中缓解踝跖屈痉挛的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of transpositon of the uninjured/ipsilateral obturator nerve to repair S2 +/- neurotomy of partial triceps branch for the relief of ankle plantarflexion spasm in patients with central spastic paralysis of upper limbs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：3岁～60岁；
2.脑外伤及脑卒中导致的中枢性下肢痉挛瘫病史≥1 年、脑瘫病史≥3 年；
3.改良Ashworth分级小腿三头肌肌张力≥2级，大腿内收肌张力＜2；
4.MRC分级大腿内收肌肌力≥3级；
5.下肢肢体各关节无挛缩及固定僵硬畸形。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 3-60 years old; 2. The history of central spastic paralysis of lower limbs caused by brain trauma and stroke was >= 1 year, and the history of cerebral palsy was >= 3 years; 3. Modified Ashworth Scale calf triceps muscle tone >= 2 and thigh adductor muscle tone < 2; 4. MRC grade thigh adductor muscle strength >= 3; 5. All joints of the lower limbs had no contracture and fixed stiffness deformity.

排除标准：

1.手足徐动症；
2.锥体外系等病变造成的肌张力高；
3.智力低下；
4.既往己施行过神经切断术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Athetosis; 2. Hypertonia due to extrapyramidal system and other lesions; 3. Mental retardation; 4. History of neurotomy.
