研究目的：

本研究拟通过回顾性观察既往已被病理诊断的III型肠化患者相应的内镜下图片，梳理总结出针对III型肠化患者的内镜下特异征象，为胃癌早诊早治工作提供新的思路  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to retrospectively observe the corresponding endoscopic images of patients with previously pathologically diagnosed type III intestinal metaplasia, summarize the specific endoscopic signs for patients with type III intestinal metaplasia, and provide new ideas for early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-80岁之间；
2.患慢性萎缩性胃炎或肠化需行内镜随访者；
3.接受早期胃癌内镜筛查者；
4.接受早癌内镜治疗但仍有萎缩、肠化需内镜下随访者；
5.愿意签署书面知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.The age ranged from 18 to 80 years;
2.Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis or intestinal metaplasia need endoscopic follow-up;
3.Patients undergoing endoscopic screening for early gastric cancer;
4.Endoscopic follow-up is needed for early cancer patients who still have atrophy and intestinal metaplasia after endoscopic treatment;
5.Willing to provide written informed consent;

排除标准：

1.HP感染活动期/粘膜广泛充血者；
2.急性胃黏膜病变患者；
3.正在接受幽门螺杆菌感染根除治疗；
4.因其他原因正在服用PPI,H2RA类药物者；
5.正在服用抗凝药或非甾体抗炎药(NSAID)，有出血风险者；
6.患有恶性肿瘤，正在进行抗肿瘤治疗者；
7.孕妇；
8.不适合进行内镜检查的人群；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Active stage of Helicobacter pylori infection/Extensive mucosal congestion;
2.Patients with acute gastric mucosal lesions;
3.Being treated for eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection;
4.Patients taking ppis or H2RA drugs for other reasons;
5.Patients taking anticoagulants or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs ((NSAIDs) and are at risk of bleeding;
6.Patients malignant tumors and undergoing anti-tumor treatment;
7.Pregnant women;
8.Persons ineligible for endoscopy;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1）利用电子表格的形式进行信息录入，制定数据录入规范，包括数据格式、字段定义、数据类型等。培训相关人员如何正确填写和使用表格，制定并实施表格填写和提交的严格标准，并定期检查数据录入的质量和完整性。为保证数据的准确性，采取双录入的方式，培训两名了解双录入策略和操作规程的数据录入员。 2）定期对数据库进行清理，主要为删除或修正错误、异常或缺失的数据。在分析过程中对数据库进行锁定，以避免数据被错误修改或删除。 3）利用本地存储（硬盘）与云存储相结合的方式对数据库采取包括长期、中期和短期存档分别存储的数据存档策略，并定期进行存档数据的检查和备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1) Use the form of spreadsheet for information entry, and formulate data entry specifications, including data format, field definition, data type, etc. Train relevant personnel on how to properly fill out and use forms, develop and implement strict standards for form filling and submission, and regularly check the quality and integrity of data entry. In order to ensure the accuracy of the data, the method of double entry is adopted to train two data entry personnel who understand the double entry strategy and operation procedures. 2) Periodically clean the database, mainly to delete or correct errors, anomalies or missing data. The database is locked during analysis to prevent data from being incorrectly modified or deleted. 3) Using the combination of local storage (hard disk) and cloud storage, the database adopts data archiving policies including long-term, medium-term and short-term archiving storage respectively, and regularly checks and backs up archived data.
