研究目的：

1.明确 KOA 患者与健康人群的关节失稳特点和运动控制策略； 2.阐明温针灸配合太极拳干预 KOA 的临床疗效，建立标准化康复方案； 3.揭示温针灸配合太极拳干预 KOA 疗效的运动控制机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clear joint instability characteristics of KOA patients and healthy people and motion control strategy; 2. To clarify the clinical efficacy of warm needle combined with Tai chi in the intervention of KOA, and establish a standardized rehabilitation program; 3. To reveal the motor control mechanism of the therapeutic effect of warm needle combined with Tai chi on KOA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合以上诊断标准的 KOA 患者； 2.年龄 40-75 周岁； 3.签署知情同意书，愿意坚持整个治疗过程者； 4.治疗前 1 个月及治疗中均未服用激素类药物； 5.疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）≥3 分。

Inclusion criteria

1. KOA patients who met the above diagnostic criteria; 2. Age 40-75 years old; 3. Those who signed the informed consent and were willing to adhere to the whole treatment process; 4. In the treatment and 1 month before were not taking hormone drugs; 5. Visual analogue scale (VAS) score ≥3.

排除标准：

1.合并扭挫伤或其他外伤者； 2.X 线片显示关节间隙显著狭窄、大量骨赘形成或关节间形成骨桥连接而呈骨性强直者； 3.下肢关节严重畸形、红肿热痛较重者； 4.曾经进行过手术或关节镜治疗； 5.试验前 4 周接受过免疫抑制剂、肾上腺皮质激素局部或全身治疗者，妊娠期及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with contusion or other trauma; 2. X-ray films showed that the joint space was significantly narrow, a large number of osteophytes formed, or bone bridge formed between the joints. 3. Severe deformity of lower limb joint, redness, swelling and severe heat pain; 4. Ever had surgery or arthroscopic treatment; 5. Patients who had received local or systemic treatment with immunosuppressive agents and adrenocortical hormones 4 weeks before the trial, and pregnant or lactating women.

由项目有关负责人将样本量和分组数输入计算机，产生随机种子数和分组数，制备随机卡，装于不透光信封密封后备用。将符合病例选择标准的受试对象按进入临床的先后顺序，对应随机卡信封的序号，拆开信封，按信封内的分组方案实施临床治疗。

By the project responsible person to sample size and the number of clusters input computer, generate random number seed and the number of clusters, the preparation of random card, reserve in opaque envelope seal. Would be consistent with the test subjects for the selection of cases according to the order into clinical, corresponding to the number of random card envelope opened the envelope and clinical treatment according to the grouping scheme of implementation in the envelope.

本研究采用评估者和统计者盲法，采用二级设盲。一级盲底为受试者组别，用A、B、C表示二级盲底为受试者干预方式，用a、b、c表示。由不参与研究的研究人员保管盲底。研究结束后，将数据录入数据库，核对无误后进行一级揭盲。完成数据分析后，进行二级揭盲。

Blinding：

In this study, the blind method of evaluator and statistician was adopted. The primary blind base is the group of subjects, and the secondary blind base is the intervention mode of subjects, and the secondary blind base is represented by A, B, and C. The blind bottom is kept by researchers not involved in the study. After the end of the study, the data were entered into the database, and the first level of blinding was performed after verification. After the data analysis was completed, the secondary blinding was performed.
