Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to investigate whether writing to express positive emotions can have an impact on depression, anxiety, and well-being of medical international students

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)为全日制国际医学生且已入学一年以上； (2)之前未参加过积极情绪写作干预； (3)自愿参加研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) being full-time international medical students with more than one year of schooling; (2) not having previously participated in a positive emotional writing intervention; (3) voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准：

过去六个月内有精神疾病史或心理治疗史。

Exclusion criteria：

have a history of mental illness or psychological treatment within the past 6 months.
