研究目的：

锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞术后镇痛时间维持时间较短，期望通过我们研究，增加患者术后镇痛时间，提高患者围术期的舒适度。  

Objectives of Study：

The duration of postoperative analgesia of supraclavicular brachial plexus block is short. We hope to increase the duration of postoperative analgesia and improve the comfort of patients during the perioperative period through our study.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-64岁，性别不限，符合美国麻醉医师协会(ASA) I ~ II级标准之间

Inclusion criteria

Aged from 18 to 64, whether male or female, and meeting the standards for the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to II.

排除标准：

拒绝参加研究、妊娠及哺乳期、局部麻醉药过敏史、神经和精神系统疾病、糖尿病史、凝血功能障碍、酗酒史、沟通障碍、2周内使用阿片类药物或非甾体药物、局部麻醉药扩散不佳。

Exclusion criteria：

Refusal to participate in the study, pregnancy and lactation, history of allergy to local anesthetics, neurological and psychiatric disorders, history of diabetes, coagulopathy, history of alcohol abuse, communication disorders, use of opioids or nonsteroidal drugs within 2 weeks, poor diffusion of local anesthetics.
