运用互联网技术构建维持性血液透析患者全程管理云平台，开展高效、智能的患者管理服务，改善患者生活质量，减轻血液透析治疗对患者、家庭及社会造成的疾病负担。  

Objectives of Study：

To build a cloud platform for the whole process management of maintenance hemodialysis patients using Internet technology, carry out efficient and intelligent patient management services, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the disease burden caused by hemodialysis treatment on patients, families and society.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

规律血液透析≥3个月；年龄≥18岁；精神和行为无异常，能正常沟通和交流且配合完成资料收集；拥用智能手机并能熟练使用APP。

Inclusion criteria

Regular hemodialysis ≥3 months; Age ≥18 years old; No mental and behavioral abnormalities, able to communicate and communicate normally and cooperate with the completion of data collection; Have a smart phone and be proficient in using apps.

排除标准：

合并其他系统严重疾病或慢性病急性发作期；生活不能自理；因各种原因无法继续参加研究者；主动要求退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

Combined with other systemic serious disease or acute onset of chronic disease; Can not take care of themselves; Unable to continue to participate in the study for various reasons; Who voluntarily asked to quit.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

研究者应用计算机随机数发生器，使1至150号数字随机生成各含75个随机数字的两个序列，规定编号为第一个序列内数字的患者为对照组，编号为第二个序列内数字的患者为干预组。根据制定的纳入标准和排除标准，按照首次血液透析治疗时间的先后顺序，依次将患者编号 1，2，3，4，……，150，患者对照上述随机序列数字序贯入组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Numbers from 1 to 150 were randomly generated with the use of a computerized random-number generator to generate two sequences of 75 random digits each, specifying that patients with numbers in the first sequence were the control group and those with numbers in the second sequence were the intervention group. According to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria, patients were numbered 1,2,3,4,...... according to the order of the time of the first hemodialysis treatment. Patients were sequentially enrolled in the random sequence as described above.
