研究目的：

分析妇科腹腔镜手术中采用不同程度神经肌肉阻滞的优逆势，改善患者的安全性和舒适性，进一步提升患者的满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different degrees of neuromuscular block in gynecological laparoscopy, improve the safety and comfort of patients, and further enhance patients' satisfaction.

纳入标准：

18-65岁之间的妇科患者，美国麻醉师协会（ASA）评分在I和II之间

Inclusion criteria

Gynecological patients between the ages of 18 and 65 ASA I~II

排除标准：

体重指数（BMI）≥35 kg/m2；对罗库溴铵、顺阿曲库铵或新斯的明过敏；有慢性疼痛病史；术前痛觉过敏；糖尿病引起的周围神经病变；药物或酒精滥用史；沟通障碍

Exclusion criteria：

Body mass index (BMI)≥35 kg/m2, allergy to rocuronium, cis-atracurium or neostigmine, history of chronic pain, preoperative hyperalgesia, diabetes-induced peripheral neuropathy, history of drug or alcohol abuse,communication problems
