研究目的：

采用穴位埋线干预围绝经期中心性肥胖女性，以假埋线+生活方式干预组为对照，观察治疗前后的体重、体重指数、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、腰高比，相关血液指标以及肠道菌群结构、脑功能的变化，观察穴位埋线对围绝经期女性肠道菌群、脑功能改变的影响。进一步应用超声引导比较不同组织层次埋线对中心性肥胖的改善作用。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a sham acupoint catgut embedding combined with lifestyle intervention group is used as the control, and the intervention of acupoint catgut embedding is applied to perimenopausal women with central obesity to observe changes in body weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-to-hip ratio, waist-to-height ratio, as well as related blood indicators, and the structure of the gut microbiota and brain function before and after treatment. The aim is to observe the effects of acupoint catgut embedding on the changes in gut microbiota and brain function in perimenopausal women. This study aims to investigate the potential benefits of acupoint catgut embedding in managing central obesity in perimenopausal women, with a focus on both anthropometric measurements and physiological parameters, as well as the underlying mechanisms related to gut microbiota and brain function alterations. Further apply ultrasonic guidance to compare the improvement effects of thread embedding at different tissue levels on central obesity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合围绝经期中心性肥胖诊断标准；2）年龄在40至60岁之间；3）过去3个月内未接受过减重治疗；4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Perimenopausal Central Obesity; 2) Age between 40 and 60 years old; 3) Have not received weight loss treatment within 3 months; 4) Signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）继发性肥胖：下丘脑综合征、垂体腺瘤、库欣综合征、甲状腺功能减退症、胰岛素瘤、多囊卵巢综合征；2）子宫或卵巢异常，或经历过子宫切除术或卵巢切除术，以及处于妊娠期或哺乳期；3）伴有甲状腺功能亢进症、糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、心脏、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统疾病，以及精神疾病和其他严重疾病；4）3个月内未使用抗生素、微生态调节剂及胃肠动力药；5）存在磁共振禁忌情况；6）依从性差，其他不适于穴位埋线治疗的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Secondary obesity: Hypothalamic syndrome, pituitary adenomas, Cushing's syndrome, hypothyroidism, insulinoma, polycystic ovary syndrome;2) Abnormalities of the uterus or ovaries, or individuals who have undergone hysterectomy or oophorectomy, as well as those who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3) Comorbidities including hyperthyroidism, diabetes, malignant tumors, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, hematopoietic system disorders, mental illnesses, and other severe diseases; 4) No use of antibiotics, probiotics, or gastrointestinal motility drugs within the past 3 months; 5) Contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 6) Poor compliance, or other conditions not suitable for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.
