研究目的：

本课题组提出帽兜技术，即微创拔牙后，利用牙槽窝内的反应性软组织辅助关闭创口，并以前瞻性队列研究的方法分为反应性软组织组及异种胶原基质组，观察后期骨组织再生和角化龈宽度。且透过实验室方法进行相关检测，进一步阐明微环境改变的机制，包括细胞亚群的改变、细胞转录组的差异、蛋白表达的影响等  

Objectives of Study：

The research group put forward an improved technique for periodontally compromised sites,which is called Hood Technique.After minimally invasive extraction,the reactive softtissue in the extraction socket is not removed,but lifted to assist the wound closure.At the same time,the cohort study is designed and the patients are divided into reactive soft tissue group and xenogeneic collagen matrix group to observe the bone and soft tisssue regeneration in the later period.The mechanism of microenvironment change,including the change of cell subpopulation,the difference of cell transcriptome and the effect of protein expression,was further elucidated by laboratory method.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18—70 岁（含 18 岁和 70 岁）接受种植手术的患者；（2）种植体周围角化龈宽度＜2mm 的患者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients aged 18 to 70 years (including 18 and 70 years old) undergoing implantation surgery; (2) Patients with a width of less than 2m of keratinized gingiva around the implant

排除标准：

（1）有严重全身系统性疾病既往史或现病史。（2）患有未控制的牙周炎；（3）患有影响软组织伤口愈合的疾病者。（4）哺乳期、妊娠期妇女；（5）五年内有放化疗史；（6）吸烟、酒精或药物成瘾患者；（7）口腔卫生差或口腔卫生维持依从性不佳者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have a past or current history of severe systemic diseases. (2) Suffering from uncontrolled periodontitis; (3) Individuals with diseases that affect the healing of soft tissue wounds. (4) Breastfeeding and pregnant women; (5) Have a history of radiation and chemotherapy within five years; (6) Smoking, alcohol or drug addiction patients; (7) Poor oral hygiene or poor adherence to oral hygiene maintenance
