研究目的：

探究不同亚型的多囊卵巢综合征卵巢微环境的变化及其发病机制的研究，可能为不同亚型多囊卵巢综合征的后续治疗及诊断提供科学的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The study of the changes of ovarian microenvironment and its pathogenesis in different subtypes of PCOS may provide scientific theoretical basis for the subsequent treatment and diagnosis of different subtypes of PCOS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

根据2003年《鹿特丹标准》三项中的两项确诊：高雄激素（HA）的临床表现或生化指标、B超提示卵巢多囊改变（PCO）和月经不调（稀发排卵/无排卵）。 对照组：年龄和BMI(18.5≤ BMI<25 kg/m2)匹配的输卵管因素不孕或男性因素导致不孕症患者。排卵规律、无多毛和痤疮、超声检查卵巢形态正常、无个人或家族不育史、无其他炎症性慢性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

Diagnosis was made based on two of the three criteria in the 2003 Rotterdam Criteria: clinical manifestations or biochemical indicators of hyperandrogen (HA), polycystic ovarian changes (PCO) indicated by B-ultrasound, and irregular menstruation (thin ovulation/anovulation). Control group: Patients with tubal infertility or male infertility caused by matching age and BMI (18.5 ≤ BMI<25 kg/m2). Ovulation regularity, no hirsutism or acne, normal ovarian morphology on ultrasound examination, no personal or family history of infertility, and no other inflammatory chronic diseases.

年龄≥40岁 BMI>25 kg/m2 染色体存在核型异常 雄激素分泌肿瘤、高泌乳素血症 自身免疫性疾病、功能性下丘脑闭经 子宫畸形、宫腔粘连 其他炎症状态 合并其他传染病等 近3个月使用过激素类药物

Exclusion criteria：

Age ≥40 years BMI>25 kg/m2 Karyotype abnormalities were found in chromosomes Androgen secreting tumor, hyperprolactinemia Autoimmune disease, functional hypothalamic amenorrhea Uterine malformation and intrauterine adhesion Other inflammatory states Combined with other infectious diseases Use of hormonal drugs in the last 3 months
