本研究期望发现,同步踏步组相比于异步组在完成踏步练习后能够表现出更高水平的合作行为。 本研究将重点关注实验参与者前额叶之间的脑间同步情况,以期深入探究人际间动作同步对合作行为 的影响机制。通过详细分析神经影像数据和行为数据,希望能够揭示同步踏步对大脑活动的影响,进 一步了解合作行为背后的脑间机制。  

Objectives of Study:

This study expected to find that the synchronous step group showed a higher level of cooperative behavior after completing the step exercise than the asynchronous group. This study will focus on the interbrain synchronization between the prefrontal lobes of the participants, in order to further explore the mechanism of the influence of interpersonal movement synchronization on cooperative behavior. By analyzing the neuroimaging and behavioral data in detail, we hope to reveal the effects of synchronized stepping on brain activity and further understand the interbrain mechanisms behind cooperative behavior.

纳入标准:

(1)以前都没有接触过踏步练习;(2)所有参与者都是右撇子;(3)视力正常或矫正为正常;(4)参与者没有神经或精神障碍史。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Have never been in touch with step exercise before; (2) All participants were right-handed; (3) Normal vision or corrected to normal; (4) Participants have no history of neurological or psychiatric disorders.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

本研究使用 NirScan-2442 设备(丹阳慧创,中国江苏)在任务中以连续波形式记录 fNIRS 数据, 采样率 21 Hz。每名被试的光极包含 7 个发射器(光源)和 7 个探测器(探头),组成 19 个通道, 发射器和探测器的距离均值为 3 cm(范围为 2.8~3.6 cm)。设备可以有效有效覆盖额极、背外侧和腹 侧前额叶区域。每个光源发射 760nm 和 850 nm 波长的光,所有通道都设置为 11 Hz。使用三维数字 化仪定位通道的位置。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

In this study, the NirScan-2442 device (Danyang Huichuang, Jiangsu, China) was used to record fNIRS data in continuous wave form during the mission with a sampling rate of 21 Hz. The photopole of each subject consisted of 7 emitters (light sources) and 7 detectors (probes), which constituted 19 channels, and the distance between the emitters and detectors was 3 cm on average (the range was 2.8~3.6 cm). The device can effectively cover the frontal pole, dorsolateral and ventral prefrontal regions. Each light source emits light at 760nm and 850 nm wavelengths, and all channels are set to 11 Hz. Use a 3D digitizer to locate the channel position.
