研究目的：

探索慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者中肠道微生物组组成、尿毒症毒素和肾功能进展之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

to explore the relationship between intestinal microbiome composition, uremic toxins, and renal function progression in patients with chronic kidney disease .

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

对照组：部分患者家属，要求身体健康，无基础疾病。 CKD组： 1.慢性肾脏病3~5期患者（肾小球滤过率<60ml/min·1.73m2）； 2.年龄18~80岁； 3.生命体征稳定且意识清楚； 4.病人及其家属均知晓本次研究内容，且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Control group: Some patients' family members require good health and no underlying diseases. CKD: group 1.Patients with Stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease (eGFR <60ml/min·1.73m2) 2.Age ranges from 18 to 80 years old 3.Stable and conscious 4. All patients and their families were aware of the study content and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.原发病为系统性红斑狼疮、血管炎、自身免疫性疾病及合并恶性肿瘤、终末期肝病、慢性肠道疾病； 2.正在服用激素及免疫抑制剂患者； 3.近 1个月内有甲状腺疾病、急慢性感染、急性心血管事件； 4.近1月口服抗生素、益生菌、益生元等药物； 5.长期卧床患者，无法自行进食； 6.合并精神障碍影响治疗依从性的病人；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The primary diseases were systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis, autoimmune diseases combined with malignant tumors, end-stage liver disease and chronic intestinal diseases. 2.Patients are taking hormones and immunosuppressants 3.Patients had thyroid disease, acute and chronic infection, acute cardiovascular events in the last 1 month 4.Oral antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics and other drugs in the past 1 month 5. Long-term bedridden patients unable to feed themselves 6.Patients with mental disorders affecting treatment compliance
