研究目的：

本研究旨在通过建立大型寒地低资源地区自然人群队列，探索生活方式、环境因素以及生物标志物等暴露因素与以心血管疾病为主的慢性病发病及死亡之间的关系，从而为高寒低资源地区提供因地制宜的慢性病干预措施。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a large cohort of natural populations in cold, low-resource regions, to explore the relationship between lifestyle, environmental factors, and exposure factors such as biological markers, and the occurrence and mortality of chronic diseases, with a focus on cardiovascular diseases. The goal is to provide tailored interventions for chronic diseases in high-cold, low-resource areas.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）研究地点所在的常住人口（居住半年及以上）； 2）年龄在45-74周岁之间。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Permanent residents (residing for six months or more) in the area where the study site is located; 2) Aged between 45-74 years old.

排除标准：

1）孕妇； 2）因身体原因无法做出知情同意或不愿参加； 3）无法正常交流而不能完成调查问卷； 4）因自身身体原因而不能完成血液、尿液的采集。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant women; 2) Unable to give informed consent or unwilling to participate for medical reasons; 3) Inability to complete the questionnaire due to inability to communicate normally; 4) Inability to complete blood and urine collection due to their own physical reasons.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究的数据收集将通过纸质问卷进行，数据采集完毕后将进行电子化录入。所有电子化数据包括电子化的调查问卷数据和实验室检测数据都将被储存于哈尔滨医科大学安全并有密码保护的服务器上；数据将长期保存于哈尔滨医科大学。所有纸质问卷以及知情同意书将被保存在哈尔滨医科大学带锁文件柜中。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection for this study will be done through paper questionnaires and data will be entered electronically after data collection. All electronic data including electronic questionnaire data and laboratory test data will be stored on a secure and password-protected server at Harbin Medical University; the data will be kept at Harbin Medical University for a long time. All paper questionnaires and informed consent forms will be kept in a locked file cabinet at Harbin Medical University.
