研究目的：

（1）检测正常发育男童和隐睾男童及其母亲的头发、指甲、尿液、粪便和母乳中环境污染物的暴露水平； （2）结合患儿病史资料、临床特征、实验室检测结果等临床信息，进行环境污染物暴露水平与临床表型的关联分析。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To detect the exposure level of environmental pollutants in hair, nails, urine, feces and breast milk of boys with normal or abnormal development in urogenital system and their mothers (2) To study the correlation between the exposure level of environmental pollutants and clinical phenotypes using the clinical information of history, clinical characteristics and laboratory test results.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）于我中心分娩或就诊的儿童； （2）年龄小于3月龄； （3）诊断为单侧或双侧的隐睾（睾丸下降不全）

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children who are delivered or treated in our center; (2) Age less than 3 months old; (3) diagnosed as unilateral or bilateral cryptorchidism (undescended testis)

排除标准：

（1）外生殖器模糊； （2）明确诊断为染色体疾病或其他综合征疾病； （3）未按照样本要求采集到研究样本； （4）未在指定监测时间范围回访。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Blurred external genitalia. (2) Children with chromosomal diseases or other syndrome diseases were definitely diagnosed. (3) Failure to collect research samples according to sample requirements. (4) Children who were not followed up within the specified monitoring time range.
