观察乌蔹莓凝胶促进肛瘘手术创面修复的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

Observation on the clinical efficacy of Cayratia Japonica Gel in promoting wound repair of anal fistula surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合低位肛瘘诊断标准者； 2.未接受过手术治疗的患者，或初始在肛周脓肿时期，仅行切开引流术者。 3. 肛门外观正常，无湿疹、神经性皮炎等肛周皮肤疾病的患者。 4. 年龄：18~65岁，男性，BMI：＜24kg/m2。 5. 经Wexner评分，肛门功能正常。 6. 有理解汉语能力，同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of low anal fistula; 2. Patients who have not received surgical treatment, or who have undergone only incision and drainage at the initial stage of perianal abscess; 3. Patients with normal anal appearance and no perianal skin disorders such as eczema or neurodermatitis. 4. Aged 18-65 years, male,BMI:<24kg/m2 5. Patients with normal anal sphincter function; 6. Patients with Chinese reading ability and informed consent to the study.

排除标准：

1.其他感染性疾病及相关性肠炎（克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎等炎症性肠病，放射性肠炎，结核性肛瘘、肛管炎等）。 2.合并糖尿病、结缔组织疾病或相关代谢的疾病，有心、肺、肝、肾疾病及溶血性疾病等。 3.智力、精神障碍者。 4.正在参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other infectious diseases and associated enteritis (inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, radiation enteritis, tuberculous anal fistula, anal canal inflammation, etc.). 2. Comorbid diabetes mellitus, connective tissue diseases or related metabolic disorders with heart, lung, liver, kidney diseases and hemolytic diseases. 3. Patients with mental retardation or(and) mental disorders; 4. Patients participating in other clinical trial.
