研究目的：

纵向追踪调查肺癌高危人群在LDCT筛查过程中心理困扰和睡眠障碍情况，增添肺癌高危人群早期筛查与心理状态和睡眠质量纵向和横断面评估的研究内容。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the psychological distress and sleep disorders of high-risk groups of lung cancer during LDCT screening, and to add longitudinal and cross-sectional studies on early screening of high-risk groups of lung cancer and psychological status and sleep quality.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁； ②体检项目包含LCDT筛查项目且为首次做该项检查的体检人群； ③无癌症病史 ④肺部无任何手术史 ⑤自愿参加问卷调查并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥18 years old; 2.those who underwent LCDT screening for the first time in their health check-up program; 3.no history of cancer 4.No history of lung surgery 5. those who voluntarily participated in the questionnaire survey and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①排除既往有癌症病史的受检者； ②严重疾病、精神疾患、认知障碍、交流与沟通障碍者； ③排除存在严重器官功能障碍患者； ④排除肺部既往手术史者； ⑤根据患者个人意愿，拒绝参加本项目、未取得知情同意的。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Subjects with a history of cancer were excluded; 2.severe diseases, mental disorders, cognitive disorders, communication disorders; 3.Patients with severe organ dysfunction were excluded; 4. Patients with previous lung surgery history were excluded; 5.Patients refuse to participate in the project according to their personal wishes and without informed consent.
