研究目的：

本课题拟通过前瞻性随机对照试验研究的方法，评价从状态论治多发肺结节的临床疗效，为提高多发肺结节的中医药治疗疗效、延缓肺结节向肺癌转变提供一个新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of multiple pulmonary nodules from the state through the method of prospective randomized controlled trial research, and provide a new idea for improving the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of multiple pulmonary nodules and delaying the transformation of pulmonary nodules to lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合多发肺结节的诊断标准，肺内≥2个结节。 ②至少存在2个结节，单个肺结节直径≥5mm。 ③初次就诊前1个月以上复查胸部CT示结节无明显变化。 ④年龄18-80岁。 ⑤自愿签署知情同意书，自愿参加临床研究，能够如实回答问题，坚持复诊者。

Inclusion criteria

① In line with the diagnostic criteria of multiple pulmonary nodules, ≥ 2 nodules in the lung. ② There were at least two nodules, and the diameter of a single pulmonary nodule was ≥ 5 mm. ③ Chest CT reexamination more than 1 month before the first visit showed no significant change in nodules. ④ 18-80 years old. ⑤ Voluntarily signed informed consent, volunteered to participate in clinical research, can truthfully answer questions, adhere to the return visit.

排除标准：

①肺癌手术后多发肺结节患者。 ②确诊结节病、肺结核或其他传染病的患者。 ③合并心脑血管、肝、肾、血液等严重原发性疾病或肺癌以外其他肿瘤疾病的患者。 ④伴有精神类疾病或其他原因无法配合观察研究的。 ⑤妊娠或者哺乳期妇女。 ⑥对本研究涉及的中药过敏者，素有过敏体质或对多种药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with multiple pulmonary nodules after lung cancer surgery. ② Patients diagnosed with sarcoidosis, tuberculosis or other infectious diseases. ③ Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, and blood, or other tumor diseases other than lung cancer. ④ With mental illness or other reasons can not cooperate with the observation. ⑤ Pregnant or lactating women. ⑥ Allergic to traditional Chinese medicine involved in this study, known as allergic constitution or allergic to multiple drugs.
