研究目的：

初步分析CAP发生ARDS的高关联影响因素，分别构建贝叶斯及列线图建模并相比较，以及评估基于贝叶斯网络建立的CAP发生ARDS预测模型的准确度及应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This paper preliminarily analyzes the high correlation factors affecting the occurrence of ARDS in CAP, constructs Bayesian and line chart models and compares them, and evaluates the accuracy and application value of the prediction model of CAP occurrence ARDS based on Bayesian network.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)患者入院24 h内第一诊断是CAP，CAP诊断符合中国成人社区获得性肺炎诊断和治疗指南（2016年版）诊断标准； 2)年龄≥18周岁。

Inclusion criteria

1) the first diagnosis within 24 hours after admission is that CAP, CAP meets the diagnostic criteria of China Adult Community acquired pneumonia diagnosis and treatment guidelines (2016 version). 2) Age ≥ 18 years old.

排除标准：

①患者在CAP发病前已确诊有严重呼吸功能障碍，如ARDS、急性呼吸衰竭、严重肺水肿等； ②住院期间由其他科室转至综合ICU或呼吸内科； ③住院时间＜24 h； ④临床资料不完善； ⑤妊娠患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 The patient was diagnosed with severe respiratory dysfunction before the onset of CAP, such as ARDS, acute respiratory failure, severe pulmonary edema and so on. 2 transfer from other departments to general ICU or respiratory department during hospitalization. 3 The length of stay is less than 24 hours. 4 The clinical data are not perfect. 5 pregnant patients.
