Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness, safety and health economy of the intervention program of integrated Chinese and Western medicine to promote maternal breastfeeding.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①孕37周足月的孕妇;（预实验+正式实验） ②年龄≥18周岁;（预实验+正式实验） ③孕期稳定,具有沟通及理解能力;（预实验+正式实验） ④计划在三中心分娩；（正式实验） ⑤有意愿在产后进行母乳喂养。（正式实验）

Inclusion criteria

(1) Pregnant women who are 37 weeks pregnant and full-term; (Pre-experiment + Formal Experiment) (2) Age≥ 18 years old; (Pre-experiment + Formal Experiment) (3) Stable pregnancy, communication and understanding skills; (Pre-experiment + Formal Experiment) (4) planned delivery in three centers; (Formal Experiment) (5) Willingness to breastfeed after childbirth. (Formal Experiment)

排除标准：

①既往有认知障碍，精神病史等；（预实验+正式实验） ②孕妇有其他器质性疾病、糖尿病/胰岛素抵抗、多囊卵巢综合征、甲状腺疾病等；（预实验+正式实验） ③孕妇患有HIV/AIDS。（预实验+正式实验）

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous cognitive impairment, history of mental illness, etc.; (Pre-experiment + Formal Experiment) (2) Pregnant women have other organic diseases, diabetes/insulin resistance, polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid diseases, etc.; (Pre-experiment + Formal Experiment) (3) Pregnant women with HIV/AIDS.
