通过中风患者与健康大脑受试者匹配对照的方法评估醒脑开窍针刺法对大脑活动和结构的变化，以对该针刺法在大脑功能中的“呈现”所代表的临床意义及机制有更深刻的认识，并为今后的研究奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluated the changes of brain activity and structure by Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture, matching stroke patients with healthy brain subjects, so as to have a better understanding of the clinical significance and mechanism represented by the acupuncture method in brain function, and lay a foundation for future research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

中风组纳入标准： a. 年龄35-70岁，右利手； b. 经CT或MRI诊断为脑梗死者，初次发病，右侧基底节区梗死，伴左侧运动功能障碍，发病2周到6个月，病情基本稳定，无意识障碍和明显语言障碍； c. 既往无精神、神经系统家族遗传病史； d. 近2月来未服用任何兴奋性药物； e. 签署知情同意书。 对照组（健康大脑）纳入标准： a. 年龄与性别和中风组匹配，右利手； b. 经CT或MRI检查为健康大脑，可伴有除脑血管疾病以外的身体其他系统的疾病，如心脏病，消化系统疾病等； c. 既往无精神、神经系统家族遗传病史； d. 近2月来未服用任何兴奋性药物； e. 签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of stroke group: a. 35-70 years old, right-handed; b. Brain infarction was diagnosed by CT or MRI as a dead person, the first onset, right basal ganglia infarction, accompanied by left motor dysfunction, the onset of 2 weeks to 6 months, the condition is basically stable, unconsciousness and obvious language disorders; c. No previous family genetic history of mental and nervous system; d. Have not taken any excitatory drugs in recent 2 months; e. Sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria of control group (healthy brain): a. Age matched with sex and stroke group, right handed; b. The brain is healthy after CT or MRI examination, which may be accompanied by diseases of other systems of the body except cerebrovascular diseases, such as heart disease, digestive system diseases, etc; c. No previous family genetic history of mental and nervous system; d. Have not taken any excitatory drugs in recent 2 months; e. Sign informed consent

排除标准：

中风组排除标准：
a. 脑血管病处于病情进展中或生命体征不稳定者；
b. 合并失语、严重痴呆、精神病患者或卒中后抑郁；
c. 有其他神经体统疾病病史，如多发性硬化（MS）等；
d. 严重心、肺、肝、肾功能损伤；
e. 体内有金属，心脏安装起博器、支架、搭桥术后，幽闭恐怖症或其它不能进行磁共振检查者；
f. 不耐受针刺者；
g. 孕妇、哺乳期妇女；
h. 目前正参加其他临床研究者。
对照组（健康大脑） 排除标准：
a. 生命体征不稳定者；
b. 有神经体统疾病病史；
c. 合并失语、严重痴呆、精神病患者；
d. 严重心、肺、肝、肾功能损伤；
e. 体内有金属，心脏安装起博器、支架、搭桥术后，幽闭恐怖症或其它不能进行磁共振检查者；
f. 不耐受针刺者；
g. 孕妇、哺乳期妇女；
h. 目前正参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria of stroke group: a. Cerebrovascular disease is in progress or vital signs are unstable; b. Patients with aphasia, severe dementia, psychosis or post-stroke depression; c. Have a history of other neurological diseases, such as multiple sclerosis (MS); d. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney function injury; e. There is metal in the body, after the heart is installed with pacemaker, stent and bypass surgery, claustrophobia or other people who cannot be examined by magnetic resonance imaging; f. Intolerant of acupuncture; g. Pregnant and lactating women; h. Currently, he is participating in other clinical researchers. Exclusion criteria of control group (healthy brain): a. Unstable vital signs; b. Have a history of nervous system diseases; c. Patients with aphasia, severe dementia and psychosis; d. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney function injury; e. To ensure standardization, clinical training sessions will be held for each investigator before the trial begins.
