研究目的：

合并情绪障碍的胃食管反流病患者，联合黛力新（氟哌噻顿+美利曲辛）和埃索美拉唑治疗是否优于单用埃索美拉唑治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

In the patients who suffered with GERD and also mood disorders, If the treatment by Esomeprazole combined with Deanxit could be better than by Esomeprazole only.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）男性或女性，年龄18～65岁;
（2）2周内未接受抑酸治疗、未使用镇静安眠、抗焦虑抑郁的药物;
（3）胃食管反流病的诊断(GerdQ≥8分；胃镜提示反流性食管炎、Barrett食管； pH测定提示酸反流；上述条件满足任一项)（内镜下反流性食管炎分级参照Los Angeles标准: A级为病灶局限于食管黏膜皱襞,长度< 0.5cm；B级为病灶仍局限于食管黏膜皱襞,相互不融合,但长度> 0.5cm；C级为病灶在黏膜顶部相融合，但不环绕整个食管壁；D级为病灶相融合,且范围> 75%的食管壁。Barrett食管诊断：病理提示伴有肠化生）;
（4）HAD情绪测定,焦虑或抑郁评分≥8分;
（5）签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Male or female, age from 18 to 65;
(2) Did not accept acid suppression therapy, use any sedative-hypnotic and anti-anxiety or depression products within past 2 weeks;
(3) The diagnosis of GERD (GERDQ >=8; Gastroscopy shows reflux esophagitis or Barrett's Esophagus; PH determination prompts acid reflux; meet any of the conditions above)(ference to the standards of Los Angeles, the grading of reflux esophagitis under endoscopy are as follows: Class A lesions is confined to the esophageal mucosal folds, length <0.5cm; Class B lesions is still limited to the esophageal mucosal folds, and does not fusion with each other, but the length> 0.5cm; Class C lesions in the mucous membrane fusion at the top, but does not surround the entire esophageal wall; Class D lesions fusion with each other, and the range > 75% of the esophageal wall. Diagnosis of Barrett's Esophagus: pathology prompts intestinal metaplasia.);
(4) HAD emotional determination, anxiety or depression score >=8;
(5) Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）生化、内镜等系列检查有消化性溃疡、胃肠道肿瘤以及糖尿病、硬皮病、神经系统疾病、严重的肝病、心脏病、恶性肿瘤及酒精中毒疾患。
（2）妊娠或哺乳期妇女。
（3）试验前3个月内参加过其他临床试验。
（4）难以完成随访者，或影响顺应性的各种因素。
（5）对本研究药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The biochemical,endoscopic and other checks suggest peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal tumors, as well as diabetes, scleroderma, neurological diseases, severe liver diseases, heart disease, malignancy, and alcoholism;
(2) Women who are pregnant or in lactation;
(3) Participated in other clinical trials within three months before this;
(4) Difficult to complete the follow-up or various of other factors affect the compliance;
(5) Persons has an allergy to drugs used in this study.
