研究目的：

本研究旨在通过多组学技术，建立ARDS患者的临床数据、外周血免疫细胞单细胞转录组和外周血免疫细胞蛋白质组学数据库，分析ARDS患者外周血免疫细胞的组成和功能状态，识别与ARDS发病和不同表型产生密切相关的免疫细胞亚群和关键基因，以期发现与ARDS发病及异质性相关的生物标志物，为ARDS的精准治疗和预后评估提供新的潜在靶点和理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a clinical data database, a single-cell transcriptomics database of peripheral blood immune cells, and a proteomics database of peripheral blood immune cells for ARDS patients through multi-omics technologies. By analyzing the composition and functional state of peripheral blood immune cells in ARDS patients, the study seeks to identify immune cell subsets and key genes closely related to the onset of ARDS and the development of different phenotypes. The goal is to discover biomarkers associated with the pathogenesis and heterogeneity of ARDS, providing new potential targets and theoretical foundations for the precise treatment and prognosis evaluation of ARDS.

纳入标准：

1: 年龄≥18周岁 2: 按ARDS全球新定义诊断为ARDS的患者；或者与ARDS患者具有相同的基础疾病，相近的年龄（±5岁），按照全球新定义不满足ARDS诊断的ICU住院患者。 3: 患者或家属签署知情同意书，允许研究者将临床数据用于研究分析

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 18 years 2. Patients diagnosed with ARDS according to the Global Definition of ARDS; or ICU inpatients with the same underlying diseases and similar age (±5 years) as ARDS patients but who do not meet the ARDS diagnostic criteria according to the Global Definition of ARDS. 3. The patient or their family has signed an informed consent form, allowing researchers to use the clinical data for research analysis.

排除标准：

自身免疫性疾病、血液系统疾病、恶性肿瘤活动期、接受免疫抑制治疗、接受器官移植、接受ECMO治疗、接受体外循环支持治疗

Exclusion criteria：

Autoimmune diseases, hematologic diseases, active malignant tumors, receiving immunosuppressive therapy, receiving organ transplantation, receiving ECMO therapy, receiving extracorporeal circulation support therapy

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

对各研究对象进行编码，经核对无误后，按照西安交通大学第二附属医院重症医学科统一编写的病例信息收集表填写数据，患者的临床信息由调查员从HIS系统及LIS系统直接双录入到由西安交通大学第二附属医院重症医学科统一编写的手机问卷星数据库中。完成后由西安交通大学第二附属医院重症医学科统一合并整理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Each subject was coded and verified for accuracy. Data was then entered into a case information collection form uniformly compiled by the Department of Critical Care Medicine at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University. Clinical information of the patients was directly double-entered by investigators from the HIS and LIS systems into a mobile questionnaire database compiled by the same department. After completion, the data was consolidated and organized uniformly by the Department of Critical Care Medicine at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University.
