研究目的：

以邵铭熙教授治疗腰突症“筋骨同治”的学术思想与“骨盆牵正技术”为依据，优化推拿治疗方案并加以疗效观察，形成区域内腰突症推拿治疗标准化方案；结合“中医DRG分组与临床应用”的要求，分析腰突症患者住院诊疗费用，明确优化后治疗方案的卫生经济学价值与优势。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on Professor Shao Mingxi's academic philosophy of treating lumbar protrusion with "joint treatment of muscles and bones" and the "pelvic traction technique", optimize the tuina treatment plan and observe its efficacy, forming a standardized tuina treatment plan for lumbar protrusion in the region;Based on the requirements of "grouping and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine DRG", analyze the hospitalization and treatment costs of patients with lumbar protrusion, and clarify the health economic value and advantages of the optimized treatment plan.

纳入标准：

同时符合LDH中西医诊断标准； 年龄>=18周岁和<=70周岁，病程<=3年； 以单侧腰腿部不适为主，未经手术治疗； 知情同意，志愿受试。 获得知情同意书过程应符合GCP规定。

Inclusion criteria

Simultaneously meeting the diagnostic criteria of LDH in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine; Age >=18 years and <= 70 years, disease duration <= 3 years; Mainly characterized by discomfort in one side of the waist and legs, without surgical treatment; Informed consent, voluntary testing. The process of obtaining informed consent should comply with GCP regulations.

排除标准：

合并心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病患者； 滥用精神类药物患者及精神障碍患者； 合并有其他原因所致腰椎管狭窄者； 出现单根神经麻痹或马尾神经麻痹，表现为肌肉瘫痪或出现直肠、膀胱症状者； 根据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况； 正在参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe primary diseases including heart, brain, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; Patients who abuse psychotropic drugs and those with mental disorders; Patients with lumbar spinal stenosis caused by other reasons; Individuals with single nerve paralysis or cauda equina paralysis, manifested as muscle paralysis or rectal or bladder symptoms; According to the researcher's judgment, other lesions that may reduce the likelihood of inclusion or complicate inclusion, such as frequent changes in the work environment, are prone to loss to follow-up; Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.
