研究目的：

本研究将建立健康成人TMAO、TMAVA及TML的基线值数据库及基线值，探索TMAO、TMAVA及TML的影响因素，为后续TMAO、TMAVA及TML开发成为疾病风险预警因子及治疗靶标提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will establish a baseline database and baseline values for TMAO, TMAVA, and TML in healthy adults, explore the influencing factors of TMAO, TMAVA, and TML, and provide theoretical basis for the subsequent development of TMAO, TMAVA, and TML as disease risk warning factors and treatment targets.

纳入标准：

自愿签署知情同意书并提供真实信息。

Inclusion criteria

Voluntarily sign an informed consent form and provide truthful information.

排除标准：

①（问诊）既往或目前正患有心脑血管疾病（包括冠心病、高血压、脑卒中、周围动脉血管疾病、风湿性心脏病、先天性心脏病和心力衰竭）、糖尿病、慢性肾脏疾病、恶性肿瘤者； ②（问诊）采样前1个月内接受过重大手术者； ③（问诊）采样前3个月内使用过抗生素者； ④（问诊）不能忍受静脉穿刺和/或有晕血、晕针史者； ⑤（实验室检查）心电图、收缩压和舒张压、空腹血糖、血清肌酐、血清尿素氮、血清尿酸、白细胞及中性粒细胞计数检查结果医生判断异常有临床意义者； ⑥可能因为其他原因不能采样者。

Exclusion criteria：

① (Interview) Those who have or are suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (including coronary heart disease, hypertension, stroke, peripheral arterial and vascular diseases, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease and heart failure), diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and malignant tumors; ② (Consultation) Those who have undergone major surgery within one month before sampling; ③ (Consultation) Those who have used antibiotics within 3 months before sampling; ④ (Consultation) Those who cannot tolerate venous puncture and/or have a history of blood or needle sickness; ⑤ (Laboratory examination) Patients with abnormal electrocardiogram, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, serum creatinine, serum urea nitrogen, serum uric acid, white blood cell and neutrophil counts determined by doctors to have clinical significance; ⑥ Sampling may not be possible due to other reasons.
