研究目的：

本研究通过探讨甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对老年支气管镜患者术后谵妄的影响，以期能降低老年患者术后谵妄的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the effect of Remazolam Toluenesulfonate on postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing bronchoscopy, in order to reduce the incidence of postoperative delirium in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

接受支气管镜检查的老年患者65岁-90岁、BMI在18.5 -24kg/m2 ASA分级为ASA II-III级 有固定陪人

Inclusion criteria

Elderly patients aged 65-90 who underwent bronchoscopy examination had a BMI of 18.5-24 kg/m 2 ASA is classified as ASA II-III With a fixed companion

排除标准：

既往诊断为痴呆或者术前合并有精神分裂症、癫痫、帕金森病者 有严重高血压、糖尿病及器官功能衰竭者 有丙泊酚，苯二氮卓类及其他麻醉药过敏史 药物滥用史患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a previous diagnosis of dementia or preoperative comorbidities of schizophrenia, epilepsy, or Parkinson's disease People with severe hypertension, diabetes and organ failure History of allergy to propofol, benzodiazepines, and other anesthetics Patients with a history of drug abuse
