研究目的:

(1)建立多中心DDH患者二维超声图像数据库 (2)研发基于人工智能的DDH超声早期筛查系统 (3)DDH超声早期筛查系统的临床应用评估  

Objectives of Study:

(1) Establish a multi-center 2D ultrasound image database for DDH patients; (2) Develop an AI-based DDH ultrasound early screening system; (3) evaluate the clinical application of DDH ultrasound early screening system.

纳入标准:

本研究以疑似髋关节发育不良或存在DDH高危因素、并进行超声筛查的0-6月患儿作为研究对象,符合其下任意一条即可纳入: 1.臀部或大腿内侧褶皱不对称; 2.双下肢长度不等超过2厘米及活动程度不一致; 3.单侧髋关节外展活动受限; 4.早产儿且体重低于平均值(胎龄在37周以下,出生体重低于2500克); 5.女性; 6.臀先露; 7.巨大儿(出生体重大于等于4000克); 8. DDH家族史; 9.胎儿过度成熟(妊娠42周以后子宫体缩小,胎动减少); 10.婴儿襁褓; 11.羊水过少(羊水量<300ml); 12.其他引起体位性变形的宫内因素。

Inclusion criteria

In this study, children with suspected hip dysplasia or DDH risk factors who underwent ultrasound screening for 0-6 months were selected as research objects, and could be included if they met any of the following criteria: 1. Asymmetrical folds on the buttocks or inner thighs; 2. The length of both lower limbs varies by more than 2 cm and the degree of activity is inconsistent; 3. Limited abductive mobility of unilateral hip joint; 4. Premature infants with lower than average weight (gestational age less than 37 weeks, birth weight less than 2500 grams); 5. Women; 6. Hip-first presentation; 7. Macrosomia (birth weight greater than or equal to 4000 grams); 8. DDH family history; 9. Excessive maturity of the fetus (uterine body shrinkage and reduced fetal movement after 42 weeks of gestation); 10. Baby swaddling blanket; 11. Oligohydramnios (less than 300ml of amniotic fluid); 12. Other intrauterine factors that cause postural deformation.

排除标准:

1. 排除脑瘫、关节挛缩、化脓性髋关节关节炎等疾病所致的DDH图像; 2. 排除其他髋关节疾病及肢体畸形患者的图像。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Exclude DDH images caused by cerebral palsy, joint contracture, suppurative hip arthritis and other diseases; 2. Images of patients with other hip diseases and limb deformities were excluded.
