研究目的：

通用随机对照干预研究，探讨水溶性番茄浓缩物和红曲联合干预对血脂异常人群血脂水平的改善作用，为从营养干预改善血脂异常及防治动脉粥样硬化性心血管病的发生、发展提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing the design of randomized controlled intervention studies, the combined effects water-soluble tomato concentrate and red yeast rice on improving blood lipid levels in subjects with dyslipidemia are discussed, which provides a scientific basis for improving dyslipidemia and preventing and treating the occurrence and development of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease from nutritional interventions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄35-50岁；天津市常住居民； 2.至少1项符合血脂异常诊断标准（2016年中国成人血脂异常防治指南）； 3.未经调脂治疗和抗血小板治疗； 4.无严重疾病病史，无凝血障碍或阿司匹林耐受性； 5.自愿参加本实验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 35-50 years old, permanent resident in Tianjin; 2. At least 1 compliance with diagnostic criteria for dyslipidemia (2016 Chinese Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Adult Dyslipidemia); 3. Have not received the lipomodulation therapy or antiplatelet therapy; 4. Without medical history of serious disease, haemostatic disorders or aspirin tolerance; 5. Voluntarily join the study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1．患有家族性高脂血症及甲状腺功能异常、肾病综合征等导致的继发性高脂血症；
2．患有糖尿病、冠心病；存在肝肾功能异常，患有风湿免疫系统疾病、结缔组织病、横纹肌溶解症、恶性肿瘤及血液系统疾病；
3．有沟通困难、认知障碍者及精神病患者；
4．处于妊娠或哺乳期；
5．在研究开始前1个月内患有急、慢性感染、发热，有重大手术、外伤史；
6．在研究开始前1个月内服用他汀类药物、抗血小板药物及其它营养补充剂者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with familial hypercholesterolemia or secondary hyperlipidemia caused by abnormal thyroid function and nephrotic syndrome; 2. Those with diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease; having abnormal liver and kidney function, rheumatic immune system disease, connective tissue disease, rhabdomyolysis, malignant tumor, and hematological system disease; 3. Those with communication difficulties, cognitive impairment, and mental illness; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Those with acute and chronic infection, fever, and a history of major surgery and trauma within one month prior to the start of the study; 6. Those taking statins, antiplatelet drugs, and other nutritional supplements within one month prior to the start of the study.
