研究目的：

本项目前瞻性地收集中国医科大学附属第一医院等多家研究中心胃癌患者的术前的CT影像数据、胃镜活检病理特征数据及病例资料，在训练集中利用深度学习模型对CT图像和病理WSI进行特征提取和学习，训练针对胃癌新辅助化疗疗效的预测模型，并在验证集中评估模型的预测性能，有助于后期研究筛选敏感人群，对于推进胃肠癌精准诊疗具有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This project prospectively collected preoperative CT image data, pathological feature data and case data of gastric cancer patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University and other research centers. In the training process, deep learning model was used for feature extraction and learning of CT images and whole slide images, and the prediction model of chemotherapy efficacy for gastric cancer was trained. Moreover, the study evalulate prediction performance of the model, which is helpful for the screening of sensitive population of the patients recieved neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and is of great significance for promoting the accurate diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal cancer.

纳入标准：

1.临床及病理确诊证实为胃癌的，资料完整者； 2.年龄：年龄≧18 岁； 3.患者知情同意； 4.影像学分期cT3-4N+/-M0。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with gastric cancer confirmed by clinical and pathological diagnosis and complete data; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Informed consent of the patient; 4. Imaging stage cT3-4N+/-M0.

排除标准：

1.残胃癌及胃其他良恶性肿瘤患者； 2.围术期死亡的病例； 3.精神/心智能力缺陷的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Gastric stump cancer and other benign and malignant tumors of the stomach; 2. Subjects of perioperative death; 3. Subjects with mental/mental impairment.
