研究目的：

本研究拟解决的关键及目的是观察座椅前倾20°的情况下进行坐-站转移训练的干预效果以及脑功能网络连接的变化，获得坐-站转移的中枢机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The key and purpose of this study is to observe the intervention effect of sit-stand transfer training and the changes of brain functional network connectivity when the seat is leaning forward 20°, and to obtain the central mechanism of sit-stand transfer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①单侧病灶，病程 ≤ 2 年，年龄 30岁~ 75 岁； ②能独立完成坐-站转移动作，无需无外力或辅助器具协助； ③病情稳定，下肢Brunnstrom分期III~Ⅴ期； ④简易精神状态检查评分 ≥ 24分； ⑤愿意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Unilateral lesions, duration ≤ 2 years, age 30 ~ 75 years; (2) Can independently complete the sit-stand transfer action, without the assistance of external forces or auxiliary devices; ③ The condition was stable, Brunnstrom stage III to Ⅴ; ④ Simple mental state examination score ≥ 24 points; ⑤ Willing to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①有明显影响运动功能的骨关节肌肉疾病，如开发性骨折或创伤伤口未愈合、有外支架固定的患者； ②存在交流、认知障碍，意识不清，不能配合完成实验的患者； ③存在单侧忽略的患者； ④不愿意签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with bone and joint muscle diseases that significantly affect motor function, such as open fractures or wounds that have not healed and are fixed with external supports; (2) Patients with communication, cognitive impairment, unclear consciousness, unable to cooperate with the completion of the experiment; ③ Patients with unilateral neglect; ④ Patients who are not willing to sign informed consent.
