研究目的：

初步评价肺康复干预AECOPD 的临床疗效，并选出肺康复的最佳早期介入时间点。  

Objectives of Study：

To conduct a preliminary evaluation of the clinical efficacy of pulmonary rehabilitation intervention for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) and determine the optimal early intervention time point for pulmonary rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）AECOPD诊断明确者； （2）40岁≤年龄≤80岁； （3）入院1-2天内病情稳定，能够进行康复训练； （4）自愿接受康复训练，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Clear diagnosis of AECOPD; (2) Age between 40 and 80 years; (3) Stable condition within 1-2 days of hospitalization, capable of undergoing rehabilitation training; (4) Willing to participate in rehabilitation training and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）合并严重认知障碍、痴呆、各种精神病患者； （2）合并严重关节炎等影响运动的骨关节病； （3）合并神经肌肉疾病致活动困难者； （4）合并支气管扩张、肺纤维化、哮喘患者； （5）合并下肢深静脉血栓； （6）合并稳定型心绞痛及急性心肌梗死； （7）各种原因长期卧床者； （8）正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe cognitive impairment, dementia, or various psychiatric disorders; (2) Patients with bone and joint diseases affecting movement such as severe arthritis; (3) Patients with neuromuscular disorders causing difficulty in activities; (4) Patients with bronchiectasis, pulmonary fibrosis, or asthma; (5) Patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities; (6) Patients with stable angina pectoris or acute myocardial infarction; (7) Patients who have been bedridden for long periods due to various reasons; (8) Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.
