Objectives of Study：

Exploring the correlation of clonal hematopoietic-related somatic mutations in peripheral blood with the occurrence and development of aortic disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(一)主动脉疾病组纳入标准：1）经影像学明确诊断的主动脉疾病；2）年龄≥18岁；3)同意纳入本研究 (二)对照组纳入标准：1)年龄≥18岁；2）既往无主动脉疾病史；3)同意纳入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Inclusion criteria for the aortic disease group: 1) aortic disease clearly diagnosed by imaging; 2) age of 18 years; and 3) agreed to be included in the study (2) inclusion criteria for the control group: 1) age 18 years; 2) excluded history of aortic disease; 3) consent to be included in the study.

排除标准：

(一)主动脉疾病组排除标准：1）外伤所致主动脉疾病；2）感染相关主动脉疾病；3）妊娠期女性；4）合并恶性肿瘤；5）合并血液系统疾病；6）合并严重心力衰竭。 (二)对照组排除标准：1)既往有主动脉疾病病史；2)合并恶性肿瘤；3)合并血液系统疾病；4)妊娠期女性；5)处于感染状态；6)合并严重心力衰竭

Exclusion criteria：

(1) aortic disease group exclusion criteria: 1) aortic disease caused by trauma; 2) infection-related aortic disease; 3) pregnant women; 4) with malignant tumor; 5) with hematological diseases; 6) with severe heart failure. (2) Exclusion criteria for the control group: 1) previous history of aortic disease; 2) with malignancy; 3) with blood system disease; 4) women during pregnancy; 5) with infection; 6) with severe heart failure.
