研究目的：

1.比较两阶段目标导向液体治疗下晶体液或胶体液输注对腹腔镜肝切除术患者术后恢复质量的影响；2.探究两阶段目标导向液体治疗下晶体液或胶体液输注对腹腔镜肝切除术患者术中出血量、术后恶心呕吐、肝肾功能、术后并发症发生的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To compare the effect of two-stage goal-directed fluid therapy filled with crystalloid or colloid on postoperative quality of recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy; 2.To explore the effects of two-stage goal-directed fluid therapy filled with crystalloid or colloid on intraoperative blood loss, postoperative nausea and vomiting, liver and kidney function, and complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合腹腔镜肝脏切除适应证 2.年龄在18-65岁 3.ASA分级I-Ⅲ级 4.Child-pugh 分级 A 或 B 级

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the indications of laparoscopic liver resection ; 2.Aged 18-65 years old ; 3.ASA grade I-III ; 4.Child-pugh grade A or B;

排除标准：

1.已知对羟乙基淀粉过敏; 2.凝血功能障碍（活化部分凝血活酶时间大于正常值的1.5倍); 3.术前肾功能不全（血清肌酐> 2 mg/dl、少尿、无尿或血液透析）;4.心律失常；5.估计射血分数<35%；6.严重慢性阻塞性肺疾病（4期）7.既往有肝脏手术史；

Exclusion criteria：

1.known allergy to HES; 2.coagulation disorders (activated partial thromboplastin time greater than 1.5 times normal value); 3.preoperative renal insufficiency (serum creatinine greater than 2 mg/dl, oliguria, anuria, or hemodialysis); 4.cardiac arrhythmias; 5.estimated ejection fraction <35%; 6.severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (Stage 4); 7.Patients who received liver surgery
