研究目的：

本项目探讨经直肠纯NOTES进行肾脏及肾上腺疾病的诊断和治疗，探索一种新的微创的诊断和治疗肾脏及肾上腺疾病的方法，以期为需进行手术治疗的肾脏或肾上腺疾病患者增加一种可行性治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This aim of this trial is to explores the diagnosis and treatment of renal and adrenal diseases by transrectal pure NOTES, and explores a new minimally invasive method for patients with renal or adrenal diseases requiring surgical treatment.

纳入标准：

患有肾脏或肾上腺疾病

Inclusion criteria

patients with renal or adrenal diseases

排除标准：

1.多器官功能严重疾病，无法耐受内镜检查者；2.有严重凝血功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe multi-organ diseases who cannot tolerate endoscopy;2. Severe coagulation dysfunction.
