研究目的：

（1）运用脑电图、核磁共振、经颅磁刺激技术（Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, TMS）评估即刻六字诀对脑卒中患者大脑皮质兴奋性的影响； （2）通过功能性近红外光谱成像技术（functionalnear-infraredspectroscopy，fNIRS）探究脑卒中偏瘫患者完成六字诀呼吸任务时脑激活特异性以及干预前后受试者抑制控制功能变化；  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To assess the effects of immediate six-word breathing on cortical excitability in stroke patients using EEG, MRI, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS); (2) Functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) was used to investigate the specificity of brain activation during the six-word breathing task in stroke patients with hemiplegia, as well as the changes in inhibitory control function in subjects before and after the intervention; Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-35岁，男女不限；
2.有六字诀练习经验，练习过其他传统功法（八段锦、太极拳等）；
3.日常以鼻呼吸为主；
4.右利手；
5.视力正常或矫正视力正常，无色盲色弱；
6.无经颅磁刺激和核磁共振禁忌症，且签署知情同意书；
7.身体健康，无运动禁忌症；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age between 18 and 35 years, regardless of gender;
2.Experience in practicing Liuzijue and other traditional exercises (e.g., Baduanjin, Tai Chi);
3.Primarily nasal breathing in daily life;
4.Right-handed;
5.Normal or corrected-to-normal vision, without color blindness or color weakness;
6.No contraindications for transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and signed informed consent;
7.Healthy, without contraindications for exercise;

排除标准：

1.有认知障碍、外周或神经损害、中风或短暂性缺血发作、糖尿病、癫痫、常规偏头痛或其他神经疾病史；
2.有经颅磁刺激、核磁共振禁忌症，如颅外伤、体内安装起搏器、支架等金属物体者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of cognitive impairment, peripheral or nerve damage, stroke or transient ischemic attack, diabetes, epilepsy, regular migraines, or other neurological diseases;
2.Contraindications for TMS and MRI, such as head trauma, presence of pacemakers, stents, or other metal implants;
