研究目的：

本研究基于Oddball范式，设计评价怀疑为iNPH的患者在放液前后认知功能改善程度的方法，量化患者认知功能改善程度，实现iNPH患者的快速精确诊断。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on the Oddball paradigm and aims to design a method for evaluating the degree of cognitive function improvement in patients suspected of iNPH before and after cerebrospinal fluid drainage. By quantifying the improvement in cognitive function, this method enables rapid and accurate diagnosis of iNPH patients.

纳入标准：

纳入标准为被诊断为疑似特发性正常压力脑积水的患者，即出现步态、认知及排尿功能障碍患者，同时伴有脑室扩张。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria are patients diagnosed as suspected Idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus(iNPH), presenting with gait, cognitive and urinary dysfunction, accompanied by ventricular enlargement.

排除标准：

排除标准为由脑出血、脑创伤或有其它原因引起的继发性脑积水

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria are patients with secondary hydrocephalus caused by brain hemorrhage, brain trauma, or other reasons.

本试验通过Neuroscan脑电采集系统采集患者在oddball范式下的脑电数据，并将原始数据进行预处理，预处理后的评估指标包括：事件相关电位P300成分，时频特征，以及脑功能网络连接

Index test:

The experiment collected EEG data from patients using the Neuroscan EEG acquisition system under the oddball paradigm. The raw data were preprocessed, and the evaluation metrics after preprocessing included: Event-Related Potential (ERP) P300 components, time-frequency characteristics, and brain functional network connectivity.
