研究目的：

1.描述老年认知症家庭照顾者创伤后成长现况，分析创伤后成长的影响因素； 2.探索老年认知症家庭照顾者创伤后成长特点及体验。  

Objectives of Study：

1. to describe the current status of post-traumatic growth of family caregivers of older adults with dementia, and to analyze the influencing factors of post-traumatic growth; 2. to explore the characteristics and experiences of post-traumatic growth among family caregivers of older adults with dementia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：1）①患者年龄≥60岁；②患者符合2018年?中国痴呆与认知障碍诊疗指南?诊断标准，经神经内科或精神科医师明确诊断为痴呆；2）家庭照顾者①年龄≥18岁；②为患者配偶、子女或有法律、血缘关系的其他家庭成员；③每天照顾时间≥4h且照顾持续时间≥3个月；④知情同意，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ① patients' age ≥60 years old; ② patients met the diagnostic criteria of 2018 ?China Dementia and Cognitive Impairment Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines?, and dementia was clearly diagnosed by a neurologist or psychiatrist ; 2) family caregivers ① aged ≥18 years old; ② were the patients' spouses, children, or legally or blood-related other Family caregivers (1) were ≥18 years old; (2) were the patient's spouse, children, or other family members with legal or blood relationship; (3) had a daily caregiving time of ≥4 h and a caregiving duration of ≥3 months; (4) gave informed consent to voluntarily participate in the study.

排除标准：

排除标准：①家庭照顾者存在严重急慢性疾病，如急性心衰、肝肾功能衰竭等；②收取照护报酬；③家庭合并其他重大创伤性事件,如丧亲等。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① family caregivers with serious acute and chronic diseases, such as acute heart failure, liver and kidney failure, etc.; ② receiving compensation for care; ③ family combination of other major traumatic events, such as bereavement
