研究目的：

基于耳玄府理论指导耳穴电刺激治疗慢性荨麻疹（CU）和特应性皮炎（AD），具有“调畅玄府，安神止痒”的功效，其止痒机制可能是通过刺激耳迷走神经，调控H1R/TRPV1痒信号通路，抑制脊髓背根神经节（DRG）的TRPV1通道的激活和前扣带回皮质（ACC）的兴奋而实现的，为耳穴疗法治疗炎症性疾病和研发相关设备提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Auricular electrical stimulation for CU and AD based on the auricular theory has the effect of "regulating the auricular vagus, soothing the mind and relieving pruritic". The antipruritic mechanism may be realized by stimulating the auricular vagus nerve, regulating the H1R/TRPV1 pruritic signaling pathway, inhibiting the activation of TRPV1 channel of the dorsal root ganglion (DRG) and stimulating the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC). It provides theoretical basis for auricular acupoint therapy to treat inflammatory diseases and research and development of related equipment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对照组：口服氯雷他定片10mg/次，每日1次，连续治疗4周。 观察组：在对照组基础上，选择双侧耳穴肺、心、肾，常规消毒后，采用华佗牌电子针疗仪（SDZ-IIB型）进行耳穴电刺激，疏密波，4Hz/20Hz，脉冲宽度（0.2±0.3）ms，电流强度≤50mA，每日早晚各 1 次，每次持续30 min，每周治疗5天，疗程4周。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Control group: Loratadine tablets 10mg/ time, once a day, for 4 weeks. Observation group: On the basis of the control group, bilateral auricular point lung, heart and kidney were selected. After routine disinfection, electrical stimulation of auricular point was performed by Huatuo electronic needle therapy instrument (SDZ-IIB) with density wave of 4Hz/20Hz, pulse width of (0.2±0.3) ms, current intensity ≤50mA, once in the morning and once in the evening, for 30 min each time. The treatment lasted 5 days a week for 4 weeks. 

纳入标准：

（1）符合慢性荨麻疹（CU）或特应性皮炎（AD）诊断标准；（2）18岁≤年龄≤70岁者；（3）未参加其它正在进行的临床研究者；（4）肝肾功能正常；（5）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic urticaria (CU) or atopic dermatitis (AD); (2) 18 years old ≤ age ≤70 years old; (3) Not participating in other ongoing clinical investigators; (4) Normal liver and kidney function; (5) Voluntary signing of informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）意识不清、不能表达主观不适症状者及焦虑抑郁、精神病患者；（2）合并严重原发性疾病者如肿瘤、心血管、内分泌、造血系统等疾病；（3）耳廓周围皮肤存在感染；（4）孕妇及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with unconsciousness, unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms and patients with anxiety, depression and psychosis; (2) Patients with severe primary diseases such as tumor, cardiovascular, endocrine, hematopoietic and other diseases; (3) The skin around the auricle is infected; (4) Pregnant and lactating women.
