研究目的：

评价孕中期单纯铁缺乏孕妇每周两次口服补铁和每日口服补铁方案，对预防妊娠晚期缺铁性贫血的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a twice-weekly oral iron supplementation and daily oral iron supplementation regimen in pregnant women with simple iron deficiency in the third trimester of pregnancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

每日补铁组：每日晚饭后半小时口服琥珀酸亚铁缓释片1片 每周两次补铁组：每周六、周日晚饭后半小时口服琥珀酸亚铁缓释片1片 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Daily iron supplementation group: 1 iron succinate sustained-release tablet half an hour after dinner Iron Supplementation twice a week: one ferrous succinate sustained-release tablet half an hour after dinner every Saturday and Sunday 

纳入标准：

1、18~45岁，妊娠20~24周，单胎妊娠，建卡定期产检
2、建卡时：血红蛋白（Hb）≥110g/L；血清铁蛋白（SF）＜30 μg/L

Inclusion criteria

1,18~45 years old, 20~24 weeks of gestation, singleton pregnancy, card building regular obstetric examination
2. Card construction: hemoglobin (Hb) 110g / L; serum ferritin (SF) <30 μ g / L

排除标准：

1、合并血液系统疾病及地中海贫血；
2、急慢性感染，严重慢性疾病：肝病、肾病等；
3、多胎妊娠；
4、袖状胃等减重手术后；
5、吸毒、酗酒者；
6、对口服铁剂过敏者；
7、纯素食主义者；
8、严重胎儿出生缺陷。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with hematological diseases and thalassemia; 2, Acute and chronic infection, serious chronic diseases: liver disease, nephropathy, etc.; 3, multiple pregnancy; 4, after the sleeve stomach and other weight reduction surgery;5. Drug addicts and alcohol users; 6. People who are allergic to oral iron agents; 7. Vegetarian; 8. Severe fetal birth defects.
