研究目的：

1.主要目的： 构建机器学习模型，诊断糖尿病周围神经病变及下肢血管病变。 2.次要目的： 分析糖尿病周围神经病变及下肢血管病变相关危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective: To construct a machine learning model for diagnosing diabetic peripheral neuropathy and lower extremity arterial disease. 2. Secondary Objective: To analyze risk factors associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and lower extremity arterial disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18 岁； 2.确诊为糖尿病患者； 3.具有肌电图及下肢血管超声结果

Inclusion criteria

1. age ≥ 18 years; 2. diabetic patients; 3. having the results of electromyography and lower limb vascular ultrasound examinations

排除标准：

1.其他原因导致的神经病变， 如神经毒性药物、 维生素 B12 缺乏、颈椎/腰椎疾病导致的神经病 变、慢性炎症性疾病脱髓鞘性神经病变、遗传性神经病变和血管炎等； 2. 糖尿病急性并发症，包 括糖尿病酮症酸中毒和高渗高血糖综合征； 3.感 染性疾病； 4.恶性肿瘤

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neuropathies caused by other reasons, such as neurotoxic drugs, vitamin B12 deficiency, neuropathies due to cervical/lumbar spine diseases, chronic inflammatory demyelinating diseases, hereditary neuropathies, and vasculitis; 2. Acute complications of diabetes, including diabetic ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state; 3. Infectious diseases; 4. Malignant tumors
