研究目的：

建立早孕期超声异常临床队列，完善早孕期胎儿超声筛查异常种类和量化标准。 进行胎儿基因型—表型关联性研究，建立检索数据库，完善临床应用流程和干预措施。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a clinical cohort and improve the types and quantitative standards of ultrasound screening of ultrasound abnormalities in first trimester. Study the genotype-phenotype relationship of fetus, establish a retrieval database, and improve the clinical application process and intervention measures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

胸腔积液、肾盂积水行宫内干预治疗；其它异常队列无干预措施 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Intrauterine intervention treatment for pleural effusion and hydronephrosis; No intervention for other abnormal queues 

纳入标准：

正常队列：早孕期胎儿（11-13+6 周） 异常队列：超声软指标异常、结构异常早孕期胎儿

Inclusion criteria

Normal queue: Early pregnancy fetuses (11-13+6 weeks) Abnormal queue: early pregnancy fetuses with soft ultrasouic marker abnormalities and structural abnormalities

排除标准：

早孕期未能留存标准化超声图像；未能完成序贯化超声检查；未能留存所需胎儿及母体生物学样本；孕妇或监护人拒绝参与本项研究；胎儿超声图像质量差

Exclusion criteria：

Failure to retain standardized ultrasound images during first trimester pregnancy; Failed to complete sequential ultrasound examination; Failure to retain required fetal and maternal biological samples; Pregnant women or guardians refuse to participate in this study; Poor quality of fetal ultrasound images
