探索我国东中西部儿童青少年情绪问题的发生、发展状况，解析环境因素对儿童青少年情绪问题发生发展的影响，建立情绪问题风险预测模型，为提出儿童青少年情绪问题早期预警防控新策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a risk prediction model for emotional problems by exploring the occurrence and development of emotional problems among children and adolescents in East, Central and West China, and by analyzing the influence of environmental factors, thus to propose new strategies for the early warning, prevention and control of children and adolescents' emotional problems.

纳入标准：

将所纳入学校的三年级（小学）、初一年级（初中）、高一年级（高中）的所有学生纳入本研究，相应的纳入标准如下：（1）在当地居住半年以上；（2）三年内无转学计划；（3）小学生能在协助下完成调查、初高中生能独立完成调查；（4）知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

All students in Primary Three, Junior One and Senior One of the selected schools were included in this study, with inclusion criteria as follows: (1) living in the local area for more than half a year; (2) no plans to transfer to another school within three years; (3) primary school students being able to complete the survey with assistance, and high school students being able to complete independently; and (4) informed consent for this study.

排除标准：

排除调查时已被诊断为情绪障碍的学生。

Exclusion criteria：

Students who have been diagnosed with emotional problems at the beginning of the investigation will be excluded.
