研究目的：

对参麦注射液围术期心肌保护的临床疗效及安全性做出评估，为临床中医药防治心肌损伤的应用提供参考  

Objectives of Study：

This paper evaluates the clinical efficacy and safety of perioperative myocardial protection of Shenmai injection, and provides a reference for the application of clinical traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of myocardial injury

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

参麦注射液是由红参、麦冬等制作而成的中药注射剂，化学成分主要为人参皂苷、人参多糖、甾苷、有机酸等，具有益气固脱、养阴生津之功效，临床上常将其应用于休克、冠心病、心肌炎、恶性肿瘤等疾病的治疗中。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Shenmai Injection is a traditional Chinese medicine injection made of red ginseng and wheat Dong, the chemical composition is mainly ginsenosides, ginseng polysaccharides, sterolins, organic acids, etc., which has the effect of invigorating qi and solidifying and detaching, nourishing yin and rejuvenating Jin, and is often used in the treatment of shock, coronary heart disease, myocarditis, malignant tumors and other diseases. 

纳入标准：

a.年龄45-75周岁；b.ASA分级Ⅱ～IV级；c.体重指数18.5~30kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

a. Age range from 45 to 75 years old; b. ASA classification II-IV, grade; c. Body mass index 18.5-30kg/m 2.

排除标准：

a.对参麦注射液过敏病人；b.术中需转体外循环下冠脉搭桥手术的病人；c.孕妇、哺乳期妇女；d. 严重左心室功能障碍（EF＜35%），e.术前有呼吸功能衰竭(PaO2<60mmHg),f.严重失控高血压或低血压

Exclusion criteria：

a. Patients with allergies to Shenmai injection; b. Patients who need to undergo coronary artery bypass surgery under extracorporeal circulation during surgery; c. Pregnant and lactating women; d. Severe left ventricular dysfunction (EF<35%), e. Preoperative respiratory failure (PaO2<60mmHg), f. Severe uncontrolled hypertension or hypotension

本研究采用随机、单盲对照。实验正式纳入患者前，由课题组以外人员制作随机号，并建立不透光随机信封。 根据随机信封内随机号进行分组但并不参与操作实施，由随访研究者执行随访、评估以及标本采集。

This study used a randomized, single blind control. Before the experiment is officially included in the patients, personnel outside the research group will create a random number and establish an opaque random envelope. Grouping is based on the random number inside the random envelope, but does not participate in the implementation of the operation. Follow up, evaluation, and specimen collection are carried out by follow-up researchers.
