研究目的：

探讨基于集束化综合护理下清水清洁式会阴护理可有效降低CAUTI的发生，可以取代碘伏消毒的会阴护理方式。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, clean perineal care based on bundle comprehensive care can effectively reduce the occurrence of CAUTI and can replace the perineal care method of iodophor disinfection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.导尿管留置时间≥48h；
2.留置导尿管不会引起身体严重不适，如尿道黏膜过敏、尿道出血等；

Inclusion criteria

1.The catheter was left in place for ≥ 48 hours;
2.Indwelling urinary catheters do not cause serious discomfort, such as urethral mucosal allergies, urethral bleeding, etc;

排除标准：

1.留置导尿前已发生尿路感染及大小便失禁；
2.谵妄、精神异常、认知功能低等不能配合；
3.留置导尿期间发生非计划性拔管；
4.合并严重的免疫功能低下；
5.合并营养不良（血清白蛋白≤30g/l）；
6.合并贫血（血清血红蛋白≤90g/l）；
7.重症监护者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Urinary tract infection and urinary incontinence have occurred prior to indwelling catheterization;
2.Delirium, mental abnormalities, low cognitive function, etc;
3.Unplanned extubation occurs during indwelling catheterization;
4.Combined with severe immunocompromise;
5.Combined malnutrition (serum albumin≤30 g/L);
6.Combined anemia (serum hemoglobin ≤ 90g/L);
7.Intensive care patients;
