研究目的：

探讨适合于神经外科手术患者快速康复的流程和围术期管理方案，为颅内病变需进行开颅术或神经内镜经鼻蝶等方式手术入路的患者提供术前、术中和术后医疗服务，旨在通过缩短住院时间、减少术中和术后并发症以及提高护理质量和患者满意度来加速术后恢复。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the perioperative management protocol suitable for rapid recovery of neurosurgery patients, and provide preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative medical services for patients with intracranial lesions requiring craniotomy or endoscopic transnasal surgery. The goal is to enhanced recovery after surgery by shortening the length of hospital stay, reducing intraoperative and postoperative complications, and improving the quality of care and patient satisfaction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）颅内病变需进行开颅术或神经内镜经鼻蝶等方式手术入路的患者； （2）性别不限，年龄大于等于18岁； （3）择期手术患者； （4）ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ级； （5）能够与医护人员进行良好沟通交流的患者；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with intracranial lesions requiring craniotomy or endoscopic transnasal surgery. (2) Age 18 years or older. (3) Selective surgery. (4) ASA I-III. (5) Patients who are able to communicate well with medical staff.

排除标准：

（1）非开颅手术或非神经内镜手术患者. （2）患者小于18岁. （3）急诊手术. （4）ASA 大于Ⅲ级. （5）术前认知功能障碍或沟通障碍.

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Non-craniotomy or non-neuroendoscopic surgery; (2) Patients younger than 18 years. (3) Emergency surgery. (4) ASA over III. (5) Preoperative disturbance of consciousness.
