研究目的：

研究短效GnRH-a在冻胚移植中的有效性及安全性,为患者提供更为便捷、舒适、高效、安全的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The research aims to investigate the efficacy and safety of short-acting GnRH-a in frozen embryo transfer, providing patients with a more convenient, comfortable, efficient, and secure treatment option.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受冻胚移植人工周期患者；；
2.至少有一个可移植胚胎；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who undergoing artificial cycle of Frozen–thawed embryo transfer(FET)cycles;
2.At least one transplanted embryo;

排除标准：

1.年龄45岁以上的患者；
2.BMI>30 kg/m2或<18 kg/m2的患者；
3.有子宫因素不孕的患者；
4.有中重度输卵管积水的患者；
5.雌二醇启动后子宫内膜薄(< 7mm)的患者；
6.接受供卵的患者；
7.失访患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients whose age was over 45 years old;
2.Patients whose BMI was over 30 kg/m2 or less than 18 kg/m2;
3.Patients with uterine factor infertility;
4.Patients with moderate or severe hydrosalpinx;
5.Patients who had thin endometrium (< 7 mm) after estradiol priming;
6.Patients who were oocyte recipients;
7.Patients who were lost to follow-up;
