研究目的：

1） 开发一种深度学习系统，用于根据裂隙灯图像对角膜炎的类别进行鉴别并进行自动分类。 2） 利用深度学习系统，对角膜炎图像进行病灶和浸润灶的分割识别，与角膜炎的炎症程度进行关联分析。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To develop a deep learning system for identifying and automatically classifying categories of keratitis based on slit lamp images. 2) Using the deep learning system, segmentation of keratitis images for identification of foci and infiltration foci and correlation analysis with the degree of inflammation in keratitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）2018年1月至2023年11月期间在我院连续诊断为角膜炎并采集过裂隙灯图像（JPG格式）的患者。 （2）2023年11月之后在我院角膜科连续就诊并拍摄角膜前节照的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Consecutive patients who were diagnosed with keratitis at our hospital between January 2018 and November 2023 and had slit lamp images (JPG format) taken. (2) Patients who had consecutive visits to the corneal disease department after November 2023 and had anterior segment photographs of the cornea taken.

排除标准：

（1）裂隙灯像素低于（2584 × 2000像素）/照片质量差。（2）存在角膜瘢痕、角膜移植术后。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Slit lamp pixels below (2584 × 2000 pixels)/Poor photo quality. (2) Presence of corneal scarring, post corneal transplantation.
